...or maybe you don't. But you DID tell me you'd go meat free one day per week for 2011 and I love you like crazy for that!!! Seriously, I do. And if you know me well, you know its not easy to make this girl giddy. And BONUS, you will be saving a bunch of animals, you'll be improving your health, you'll be easing your burden on the planet and you'll probably expand your diet and your taste buds in fabulous ways you couldn't have previously imagined.
I'm going to post info each week to help you along in your veggie journey. I'm only going to post vegan recipes because that's the way I cook and I'm bossy. I have yet to try a recipe that I thought would be better with dairy, however do feel free to sub butter for Earthbalance (the vegan buttery spread that will end your love affair with cows), milk for the milk alternatives, cheese for whatever. Use what you have on hand and take it nice and slow. I'll be here to help you along the way. Baby steps! I don't want you to freak out and give up halfway through the year.

Love ya Tam Tam! I am going veggie one day per week in 2011. I'm calling it "Tofu Tuesday". No meat on Tuesday, period.
